There are many leadership skills that CTOs and education technology leaders must have to be successful. It requires hard skills which are the nuts and bolts of technology management. But the skill that is most often overlooked are the soft skills. Technical aptitude and administrative savvy aren’t worth much if leaders don’t have the interpersonal skills needed to make things happen.
